ESIME Campus Culhuacan, started its activities in the branch of engineering since 1974 teachers and researchers who are  integral part of the campus currently engaged in the training of quality professionals in the different races that are offered there such as:

 

• Communications and electronics engineering

 

• Computer engineering

 

• Mechanical engineering

 

• Engineering in automotive systems

 

The first three programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for the teaching of Engineering (CACEI) and soon it shall be placed in automotive systems engineering for its accreditation process. It was established in the year of 1997 the section of graduate studies and research which currently offers graduate programs in:

 

• Specialty in information security and information technology

 

• Master in engineering technologies of the information and safety

 

• Master of science in engineering in energy systems

 

• Master of engineering science in microelectronics

 

• Doctorate in communications and electronics

 

Four of these graduate programs are recognized in the national registry of graduate of CONACyT allowing students obtain scholarships to study a postgraduate degree.

ESIME Culhuacan has a centre of foreign languages (CELEX) where you can study languages:

 

 •English

• French

•Italian

•German

•Japanese

 

Radio IPN it disseminates a wide variety of cultural programmes through the 95.7 FM frequency  is located in this campus facilities and you can also listen through your page on the internet at http://www.radio.ipn.mx of undergraduate student population is close to five thousand students in the period 2012-2013 in graduate school is approx. 180 students in CELEX also is about five thousand students and the number of listeners on the radio IPN amounts to 12,000 a day.

 

Graduates of the four races and graduate programs are widely recognized in the market of professional work for his work's quality acquiring a broad knowledge in their field of specialization all because the teachers are committed to give them an integral education sharing experiences and instilling values in students that allow them to live day to day in a warm and friendly communitygetting together with the community achievements.
